Chris is a Partner who specialises in Central London Rating. In his current role, Chris centres on appeal work on behalf of central London occupiers, with a particular focus on offices. Frequently, this involves in-depth analysis of rental and assessment evidence in order to ensure that the client’s liabilities are minimised.

With over 13 years of specialising in business rates, he has a wealth of experience advising clients across a range of properties and locations. More recently, Chris has been focusing on minimising the liabilities of central London occupiers.

Chris became a member of the RICS in 2011 and was previously Head of Rating at Matthews & Goodman.

In 2021, he was awarded the RICS Rating Diploma and is also a member of the Rating Surveyors Association.
