Ben is Head of the Landlord and Developer rating team, advising clients on how best to mitigate the rates liability of their assets.

Specialising in providing advice to a wide range of independent and national clients, Ben has worked on each of the rating lists since 2005 focussing on office, industrial and retail properties.

Ben is a sitting committee member of the Rating Surveyors Association, he is also a founding member of the London Rating Network and member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
