Tom is a Chartered Town Planner who specialises in planning and development across London and the South East. He advises clients on a range of residential and mixed use projects across both public and private sectors. Tom has a wealth of experience in promoting sites through the local plan process including sites in the green belt.

In this role Tom project manages planning instructions and provides his clients with pragmatic planning advice to streamline and de-risk the process.

Tom’s responsibilities involve the preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, leading consultant teams, negotiation of legal agreements, advising on CIL matters and effective engagement with planning authorities, consultees and interested parties.
