Ben Dakin is a chartered Town Planner where he is actively involved in a range of schemes across multiple sectors, with a primary focus on residential-led schemes as well commercial, educational, and research & development. Most of Ben’s work is in London and the south-east but he works on schemes across the country.

Ben is responsible for the co-ordination, submission and negotiation of planning applications for both private and public sector clients. He is also experienced in the Local Plan process.

His experience includes both urban and rural development and the delivery of schemes in sensitive locations. This includes sites in the Green Belt and Metropolitan Open Land as well as those which are constrained by heritage assets.
