Moore is a Senior Associate specialising in Planning and Development

Ellen is a chartered town planner within the Housing and Land team, who has advised on a variety of schemes, including large-scale residential-led and mixed-use masterplan developments for private sector clients and sites across portfolios of public bodies, including the NHS and local authorities.

Ellen is responsible for the day-to-day management of instructions, advising on a broad range of schemes from the pre-application stage through to implementation, and securing consent for a wide range of application types, including multi-phase full, hybrid and outline permissions.

She has also managed various delivery stage projects comprising S96a and S73 amendment applications, the discharge and variation of S106 obligations and planning conditions, and the creation and implementation of CIL strategies. Ellen also provides pre-acquisition planning advice and due diligence work for various clients.
