    A Chartered Town Planner, Sam provides advice to a range of clients with varying needs and aspirations. This includes developers, funds, registered housing providers, housebuilders, local authorities, landlords and tenants from the residential, student and commercial sectors.

    His experience spans from advising on highly complex and political regeneration schemes to negotiating tailored permissions and consents on individual sites. Sam has a particular specialism in the Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL) and is regularly approached by clients to advise on CIL, including on ways to mitigate liability.

    Sam also has a wealth of experience in promoting sites through the development plan process including sites in the Green Belt.
