Mark specialises in mixed use and residential development predominantly in London and the South East, with a particular focus on high density housing and tall buildings, often on challenging sites with the need to co-ordinate large multi-disciplinary teams.

Qualifying as a chartered Town Planner in 1996, he has over 30 years of experience in planning within the private and public sectors. He advises on a wide range of planning and development projects including large scale regeneration schemes, open market and affordable housing, PRS and Student accommodation, as well as sports and leisure facilities and stadia and Hotels. Mark is an experienced Expert Witness at both Public Inquiries and in the High Court.

Through all of the above, Mark is recognised as a problem solver with the ability to work on large and complex sites, producing commercial outcomes to meet the needs of clients including a wide range of developers, major housebuilders and Registered Providers.
