Julie
Morrison is a Non-Executive Director

As our non-executive, Julie brings an external perspective and insights developed over 35 years’ working with professional services firms across industries, locations and scale. A former ‘Big 4’ partner with client and organisational leadership experience, she has experience in building market share, client leadership, performance improvement and strategy development.

Julie has a lived experience of social mobility. She joined the profession as an A Level school leaver apprentice and subsequently navigated a successful path to partnership within a Big 4 firm. She spent her career at KPMG, PwC and EY, where she was a partner in the London office.

Julie now works with Boards and senior leaders on their most complex challenges – supporting them as they deliver change, maximise partner engagement and enhance performance.
