Pemberton is a Senior Planner specialising in Planning and Development

Tom is a Chartered Town Planner with over 5 years’ experience in planning and development. He advises both public and private sector clients on a wide range of development projects, each with their own unique opportunities and challenges.

His responsibilities include strategic planning strategy advice, the co-ordination of project teams, reviewing and inputting into design development, preparation and submission of planning applications and appeals, day-to-day management of projects, negotiation of legal agreements and proactive engagement with interested parties.

Tom’s primary focus is major commercial and mixed-use projects in Greater London, but he also has experience in the delivery of masterplans for education and residential-led development projects within South-East London.
