Alex is an Assistant Planner within the Central London Planning Team. He joined Montagu Evans in September 2023, having completed an MSc in Urban Planning at Newcastle University. Prior to this, Alex completed an MA in Geography at the University of Glasgow.

Since joining Montagu Evans, Alex has been gaining experience and honing his expertise across a variety of planning projects in the commercial, residential, leisure, and hotel sectors across London.

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and listed building consents;
• Preparation of site appraisals and planning feasibility studies;
• Maintaining consistent contact with consultants regarding project details and documentation;
• Keeping up to date with emerging planning policy and legislation associated with projects; and
