Gareth specialises in delivering urban redevelopment in major centres such as Central London. He advises on a variety of complex regeneration schemes of any / mixed uses, often on physically constrained sites in areas with challenging political contexts.

Having worked at Montagu Evans for over ten years, following three years at a local authority, Gareth’s experience reflects a thorough understanding of the public sector, years in private consultancy and, most importantly, the commercial realities faced by his clients.

Gareth works across Central London and South East England on projects spanning residential, private rented sector, office, commercial, education and leisure.
