Rachel has over 13 years experience in advising housebuilders, landowners, investors, developers and public sector clients across a range of developments in London and the South East. She specialises in complex developments including tall buildings, phased masterplans and constrained sites, often in areas with challenging political contexts.

She has a proven track record of securing planning permissions on high profile developments, including large scale, mixed use urban regeneration schemes which deliver a range of residential, PBSA, retail, commercial and industrial uses. In addition to Central London, Rachel has particular expertise and experience delivering projects in Lewisham, Newham and Barnet.

Rachel’s hands-on approach to managing projects builds on the expertise and knowledge she has developed over her career, which enables her to provide commercially astute planning advice to secure deliverable permissions and optimise value for clients.
