    A qualified Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor with over 23 years’ experience. Guy works for both public and private sector clients on opportunities to enhance the value of property through the planning system by releasing the redevelopment potential of buildings and enabling the disposal of surplus sites for best price achievable.

    He focuses on all land uses, but the majority of Guy’s projects are within the central London boroughs. Prior to working for Montagu Evans he previously worked for JLL as head of planning, development and heritage.

    Key Skills

    •  Preparing of representations to influence policy and appeared at the subsequent examination-in-public.
    •  Led feasibility on options testing for potential sites
    •  Led architectural competitions to appoint a design team, and then been responsible for coordinating the consultants on behalf of the client.
    • Securing commercial planning permissions and listed building consents.
    • Led appeals, and appeared as an expert witness at Public Inquiry.
