Bransby is Head of Central London 

A qualified Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience. Guy enhances the value of property through the planning system by releasing the redevelopment potential of buildings and enabling the disposal of surplus sites for best price achievable.

He focuses on all land uses within the Central London boroughs of Westminster, Camden and The City and those Boroughs that comprise the City fringe. Prior to working for Montagu Evans, he worked for JLL as head of planning, development and heritage.
