James joined Montagu Evans as a graduate in 2013 and has developed his experience in a wide range of sectors, providing advice to clients with varying needs and aspirations.
His work has involved major high profile projects such as Westfield London and The O2, Greenwich as well smaller projects involving the redevelopment of complex sites in London and the South East, for housing, commercial or leisure uses.
James is integral to the coordination of various asset and wider estate management projects, providing planning advice on the University of Leicester’s estate, the listed Woolwich Works buildings and the expansion of Ashford Designer Outlet centre.
