James joined Montagu Evans in 2013 and has developed his experience in a wide range of sectors, providing advice to clients with varying needs and aspirations in London.

His work has involved major high-profile projects such as Westfield London, The O2, Greenwich and Evelina London Children’s Hospital, as well as complex sites in London and the South East for housing, commercial or leisure uses, often with a focus on the historic environment.

He provides solutions for existing commercial properties, either for redevelopment, retrofit, refurbishment or repurposing to alternative uses, such as residential and visitor accommodation.

James has also been integral to the coordination of various asset and wider estate management projects, providing planning advice to universities, public sector and leisure estates.
