Doug has over 8 years’ experience managing retail, office, industrial, mixed-use and residential property. He now focuses specifically on shopping centre/retail property and asset management.

Doug’s commercial property career began at GVA (now Avison Young) where he managed a number of mixed asset portfolios of high street retail, retail parks, office and industrial assets for both private and public sector clients. Doug joined Montagu Evans in February 2018 with a focus on working with large scale retail assets such as Castle Quay in Banbury and Charles Darwin, Pride Hill & Riverside Shopping Centres in Shrewsbury.

Doug is responsible for the full range of property management services, such as rent, service charge, insurance administration, tenant applications and added value opportunities. Doug also has experience in landlord and tenant focused roles and has regular exposure to asset management.
