Marcus has over 24 years’ experience in property and asset management, now specialising in shopping centre, retail and public sector management. His career has spanned a broad spectrum of mixed asset portfolios of high street retail, supermarkets, retail parks, shopping centres, office and industrial assets, working on both agent and client side. He has worked for retailers such as WM Morrison Supermarkets PLC, and national agents such as Chesterton PLC, GVA, Eddisons and CAPITA.

In 2017 Marcus joined Montagu Evans, working with public sector clients, property services and private sector clients on assets across the UK.

Marcus is responsible for the full range of property management services, such as rent, service charge and insurance administration. He also advises on RPI rent reviews, turnover rents, leases, landlord and tenant matters, commercialisation opportunities looking to increase client income and Health & Safety legislation. Sustainability, occupier wellbeing and community engagement are key areas of importance that Marcus is focused on ensuring best in class at his managed assets.
