Tom has over 10 years’ experience managing office, retail, mixed-use and residential property. He now focuses specifically on shopping centre, retail property and asset management.

Tom’s commercial property career began Cushman & Wakefield where he worked in the Central London Office Management team, primarily managing key assets within Central London. He has also had experience managing retail, office and mixed-use assets for both national and international clients during his time at Tandem Property Management.

Tom joined Montagu Evans in April 2021 and now works in the retail property management team, where he has been working with clients on large scale retail assets such as The Sovereign Centre in Weston-Super-Mare and The Orchards Shopping Centre in Dartford.

Tom’s role involves regular client facing with both Landlord & Tenant and Asset Management exposure.
