    An experienced property manager with over 20 years experience in property and asset management across a range of sectors, Nicola now focuses mainly on the retail and office sector for property companies and institutional clients.

    Nicola currently manages several shopping centres, retail parades and a range of large to medium size office developments across Scotland. She has been involved in a number of office and shopping centre refurbishment projects and deals with complex service charge regimes.

    Nicola’s current mandate includes managing a shopping centre where she has implemented a new service charge regime, overseen a number of refurbishment and development projects and introduced a centre management team on site.
