Emily Patey has extensive experience in property and asset management, now specialising in shopping centre and retail management.

Her career began at Lambert Smith Hampton, where she managed a number of mixed asset portfolios of high street retail, retail parks, office and industrial assets for clients such as TH Real Estate and Mayfair Capital.

In 2017 Emily joined Montagu Evans with a focus on working with large scale retail clients such as Patrizia PIM on assets across the UK.

Emily is responsible for the full range of property management services, such as rent, service charge and insurance administration. She also advises on turnover rents, leases, landlord & tenant matters, commercialisation opportunities and health & safety legislation. Sustainability, occupier wellbeing and community engagement are key areas of importance that Emily is focused on ensuring best in class at her managed assets.
