Finlayson is a Partner specialising in property management

Barry has over 20 years’ experience dealing with the property management of office, retail and industrial property covering everything from tenant liaison to complex service charge management, both in Scotland and the North of England.

In his role Barry has been responsible for the management of a number of high profile retail park schemes including Glasgow Fort which he was involved in from the development stage through to opening; advising the landlord on all aspects of property management during this process. He currently manages a number of retail parks on behalf of Tristan Capital partners as well as a number of city centre offices and business parks.

Barry is also a key committee member for Montagu Evans’ environment group supporting in achieving its sustainability goals.
