Colin is part of the Housing and Land Planning team with over 13 years’ experience advising a range of developers, housebuilders, investors and public sector clients from a town planning perspective.

He currently advises on a variety of projects, specialising in complex, large-scale urban mixed-use schemes and high-density residential-led development throughout London and the South-east.

Colin specialises in advising clients on detailed planning strategies both in respect of new development projects and existing property assets.

Colin has a proven track record of negotiating sensitive planning matters with a range of different LPAs and stakeholders. This includes particular experience throughout his career in Lewisham, Greenwich, Redbridge, Hillingdon, Waltham Forest and Hammersmith and Fulham (in addition to a variety of other LPAs throughout the South-east).
