    Megan joined Montagu Evans in 2020, following a Law degree at the University of Nottingham and a Real Estate Master’s degree at Reading University.

    Megan started as part of the Lease Advisory team and provides advice to a range of clients on key lease events such as rent reviews, lease renewals and re-gears. She had a specific focus on out-of-town retail and leisure parks nationwide. In 2025, Megan moved into our Residential Valuation Advisory team, focusing on valuations of residential development and investment assets for funding, acquisition and financial reporting purposes.
