George has over 19 years experience in real estate, specialising in residential led development, build to rent and investment valuations, be it for the purposes of secured lending or investors and developers directly.

His specialisms include both residential and commercial valuation work, with particular focus on development and residential investment sectors in recent years, carrying out valuations for loan security, purchase, fund and accounts purposes, as well as having experience with dealing with a range of development and portfolio valuation work. Commercial property types include retail, office, industrial, leisure and mixed use premises.

George has also carried out Expert Witness valuation work for litigation (Part 35), probate and matrimonial cases, and has appeared as an Expert at the First Tier Tribunal for Lease Extension and Collective Enfranchisement cases.
