James joined Montagu Evans as a graduate in 2018, and has over four years of experience in planning and development and is both a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Planning and Development Surveyor.

He has experience working for a diverse range of private and public sector clients, and has a demonstrated track record of providing advice and expertise tailored to client specific needs – to enhance or crystallise the value of their interests through the planning and development process.

His primary focus is major commercial and residential-led mixed-use projects in Greater London, but he also has experience with strategic land promotion and urban extensions across the south-east, as well as advising on smaller, more complex sites in London.
