Cecilia joined Montagu Evans in 2026 with over 20 years of valuation experience across a wide range of asset classes, having previously worked in the valuation teams at Avison Young and Carter Jonas. Having spent many years valuing development property for public and private sector clients, more recently, Cecilia has specialised in public sector asset valuation, bringing her knowledge and experience to advise local authorities and other public bodies in relation to their property assets and land holdings.

Cecilia has extensive experience valuing investment and operational assets and is skilled at assessing fair and market value, existing use value and undertaking depreciated replacement cost valuations. Cecilia has detailed knowledge of RICS, CIPFA and FreM financial reporting requirements, ensuring that clients are fully supported in meeting reporting requirements and deadlines.
