    Andrew has over 35 years’ experience in property management across all sectors with a specialisation in retail working on shopping centres, retail warehousing and high streets.

    Head of our property management team in Scotland, Andrew is highly experienced in all aspects of property management including the management of complex service charge regimes. He has a modern and pragmatic approach to property management, building solid and trusted relationships with clients and occupiers.

    Over the past 30 years, Andrew has carried out due diligence on a wide range of assets including shopping centres, retail parks and large office buildings as well as advising on numerous refurbishment and redevelopment schemes.
