Lind is Business Development & Marketing Director

Anna is a client-centric, forward-thinking business leader with a dynamic career in professional services. She has partnered with global, cross-functional executive teams to shape strategy, drive growth, and lead transformation initiatives across complex organisations.

In September 2025, Anna joined Montagu Evans as Director of Business Development and Marketing and was appointed to the firm’s Executive Committee. She leads the business development, brand, marketing, and communications functions, including bids, pitches, and client engagement activities.

Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Anna held senior leadership roles at JLL and RPC. At JLL, she was a core member of the UK Executive Leadership team and a champion for client excellence, where she developed and launched an award-winning Client Relationship Management (CRM) programme.

Anna joined RPC in 2021, where she worked closely with the Managing Partner and COO as a strategic advisor and member of the executive leadership committee. She played a key role in developing and implementing the firm’s global four-year strategic plan focused on growth and transformation.

Alongside her corporate roles, Anna completed an Executive MBA at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) in 2020. During this time, she founded her own consultancy practice, delivering strategic advisory services to clients across sectors, including tech start-ups, mid-tier accounting firms, and the UK Green Building Council.
