    Tom is a Senior Surveyor in the Valuation Advisory Team, qualifying as a Chartered Surveyor in 2023.

    Before joining Montagu Evans, Tom worked for the Valuation Office Agency. This provided him with over two years of experience, valuing a variety of assets for public sector clients. As a result, Tom provides valuable advice to a number of public and private sector clients on an array of asset types.

    He provides advice on high-volume asset valuations for financial reporting purposes, along with valuation advice for acquisition and disposal purposes.
