Wikeley is a Graduate Surveyor

Ben joined Montagu Evans as a Graduate in September 2022. He completed his first rotation in specialised valuations before joining the Rating Advisory team at the end of the 2017 Rating List, advising on business rates mitigation. He then moved to the Development Advisory team, advising on public procurement, AUV and shopping centre investment valuations.

Ben currently provides consultancy, acquisition and disposal advice for clients within the residential sector. His day-to-day includes financial modelling, valuation,  development appraisals and viability assessments, and consultancy.

Prior to joining Montagu Evans, Ben studied a BA Geography degree at the University of Liverpool followed by an MSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading.

He is currently working towards his chartership and will sit his APC at the end of 2024.
