Peter Jacob joined the Valuation Advisory team at Montagu Evans as a Partner in February 2026. He has over 17 years of experience in the property world, focusing specifically on real estate valuation.

Peter started his career at DTZ and previously worked in the London Commercial Valuation team at Strutt and Parker (S&P) and was responsible for valuations of commercial property throughout the UK, but with a particular focus on London and the south east.

His client base has facilitated providing Red Book valuations for a range of audited accounts, acquisitions / disposals and secured lending purposes. Following the S&P / BNP Paribas Real Estate merger, Peter took charge as Head of the London Valuation Advisory team, and continued his work for all major banks and building societies as well as private equity firms, restructuring professionals, property companies, public sector bodies and institutions.
