Nathan is a Planner within the Commercial Planning Team, starting in September 2023, having completed his masters in Urban Planning and Development at Reading University.

Since joining Montagu Evans, Nathan has played a significant role in preparing, submitting, and supporting the continuous management of various projects, with a focus on the retail and industrial sectors.

He conducts initial site appraisals, carries out due diligence, and assists in the preparation of planning statements and planning reports, including aspects of retail planning, such as retail impact and sequential assessments. Alongside this, Nathan assists on the preparation of economic and socio-economic appraisals to help make the social and economic case for development
