McGall is a Senior Planner specialising in Commercial Planning

Rachel is a chartered Town Planner in the Commercial Planning Team where she is actively involved in schemes across multiple sectors including industrial, retail, town centre and heritage.

Her primary focus includes commercial-led schemes, however she also has experience in both urban and rural residential development, involving the delivery of schemes in sensitive locations, such as in the Green Belt and those which are constrained by heritage assets.

Rachel is responsible for the co-ordination, submission and negotiation of planning applications for a variety of clients such as developers, landowners, and occupiers.
