Manners is a Senior Planner specialising in Commercial Planning

Harry Manners joined Montagu Evans as a graduate in 2020 and has worked in both the Commercial Valuation Team and the Commercial Planning Team, where he currently works.

His range of work across both teams has allowed him to achieve dual accreditation, and he is a member of both the RICS and RTPI.

His primary focus is on Industrial & Logistics and Data Centre development, but he also has experience in large-scale mixed-use town centre regeneration development and out-of-town retail.

Harry provides advice throughout the planning process, from preparing initial site appraisals and undertaking due diligence to pre-application engagement with local planning authorities and the submission and negotiation of planning applications. Through his experience in valuation and understanding of development appraisals, Harry can provide reasoned, commercially focused planning advice.
