    He focuses on the acquisition and disposal of out-of-town retail and leisure assets, acting for clients nationally. Matthew works closely with agency, lease advisory, planning and development colleagues within Montagu Evans to ensure clients receive comprehensive and well-rounded advice.

    Matthew has been involved with a variety of notable transactions, including the sale of Meridian Leisure Park, Leicester (£25.0m) and the purchase of Longwell Green Retail Park (£22.6m) and Knights Park, Tunbridge Wells (£19.50m).
