Jonathan is a lease advisory expert with nearly 20 years’ experience working in the retail and leisure sectors for both landlord and tenant clients. He negotiates rent reviews, lease renewals and lease re-gears, nationally, on retail out of town and hospitality properties, including pubs, bars, restaurants (including drive-thrus), bowling alleys, cinemas and casinos.

He regularly acts as an expert witness in rent review and lease renewal disputes and is on the RICS Chairman’s panels of Arbitrators and Independent Expert dispute resolvers, regularly being appointed to settle disputes. He is also an RICS Registered Valuer.

With specialist technical and market knowledge, Jonathan adopts a commercial approach to provide innovative solutions and successful outcomes for clients.
