With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Christian specialises in the valuation of commercial properties within London and the South East, with a particular focus on offices, industrial and retail sectors. He advises banks and other lending institutions, as well as property companies and institutional investors on both existing properties and new acquisitions.

Christian carries out secured lending valuations, company accounts valuations and acquisition and disposal valuations. He also has experience in valuing mixed-use development projects and providing valuation advice throughout the delivery of such developments.
