Parkin is a Senior Surveyor specialising in Development Advisory

Charles is a Chartered Surveyor within the Development Advisory team, specialising in land assembly and development consultancy.

Acting on behalf of Local Authorities, he has been involved in large-scale development and regeneration projects in London with experience in acquisitions and CPO processes.

In order to complete the broader work required for his APC, he has further experience in valuation and landlord and tenant work.

In his current role, Charles represents a number of local authorities, private developers and major transport undertakers. He is also involved with Transport & Works Act Orders and Hybrid Bills of Parliament.
