Ashley Pont is a Senior Surveyor in the Advisory – Specialist Valuations team at Montagu Evans.

He joined the team in 2025 from New Zealand, having spent the last 5+ years working for a Core property consultancy firm in New Zealand. Prior experience involves undertaking a broad range of valuation assignments for acquisition/disposal, easement interest assessments, Reinstatement, loan security requirements, and Public / Private Sector Reporting. Whilst obtaining New Zealand Valuer Registration (MPINZ) in 2023, Ash has further obtained MRICS accreditation with the ambition to relocate to London and pursue further technical valuation experience as well as invaluable life experience.

Prior to valuation, Ash studied for a Bachelor of Land and Property Management at Lincoln University in Christchurch, New Zealand.
