Key information
Montagu Evans provided complex strategic land advice for a new 1,500 dwelling residential quarter.
To unlock the site requires the relocation of sewerage treatment works and a number of council depots. Montagu Evans have advised on the scheme layout, the mix, values and overall masterplan viability, all of which has fed into a HIF bid.
The work has also covered advice on delivery approaches and preferred strategy, all leading to a planning application for the site.
