    Sarah

Sarah advises a wide range of private and public sector clients on residential valuation, bringing extensive experience and a practical, solution‑focused approach. Since joining Montagu Evans in May 2021, she has specialised in residential and affordable housing valuation in support of residential and mixed-use development – from small developments of just a few homes to major mixed‑use and strategic sites delivering up to 5,000 units.

She advises on schemes across the full spectrum of living sectors, including Build to Sell, Build‑to‑Rent, student accommodation, affordable housing, co‑living and senior living.

Sarah regularly prepares Financial Viability Assessments to support planning applications, negotiating with local authorities and their advisors to agree a robust viability position. She also assists with drafting S.106 agreements, ensuring affordable housing provisions and review mechanisms are carefully structured to protect her clients’ long‑term interests.
