Paloma
Calvert is a Surveyor speciliasing in Residential Valuation Advisory

As of September 2025, Paloma permanently joined the Residential Valuation Advisory team and is a RICS Registered Valuer. She advises on residential development, including valuation-led development consultancy, viability, and residential land disposals.

Paloma works for private developers and landowners, public sector bodies and housing associations. She has experience valuing a range of asset types, including land with and without planning consent, development projects, PRS, BTR, co-living and PBSA.

After studying Real Estate Management at Oxford Brookes University, Paloma joined Montagu Evans in September 2023 as part of the Graduate Scheme and is based in our London Office. She rotated throughout the Valuation Advisory, Development Advisory, Living and Land, and Business Rates teams. Paloma passed her RICS APC in Autumn 2025.
