    Tim is a chartered town planner with significant experience in delivering a wide range of commercial land uses, including retail, leisure, and all forms of employment uses (including industrial and logistics, offices and business space, life sciences and R&D and data centres).

    Tim has over 25 years of experience and frequently acts as a lead consultant for large-scale and complex development schemes. He advises a range of institutional funds, national and regional developers and national multiple retail and leisure operators on sites across England, Wales and Scotland.

    Tim can provide strategic-level advice to inform the acquisition or disposal of assets or set asset management strategies, as well as more detailed advice to facilitate the delivery of all pre-application and application stages of the development process.

    Tim has also provided expert witness evidence to both planning inquiries and the Courts.
