Arabella is a Chartered Town Planner with four years of experience, previously specialising in large‑scale residential and mixed‑use developments. Since joining Montagu Evans, her work now focuses on commercial and industrial schemes.

She is involved in every stage of the planning process, from early site assessments and strategy development to managing full planning applications, variations, and condition discharge submissions.

Arabella regularly coordinates multi‑disciplinary consultant teams and leads engagement with local planning authorities, stakeholders, and community groups to help progress development proposals. She has strong experience preparing a wide range of planning documents and supporting projects through committee and appeal stages.
