Aidan is a Senior Planner with experience advising developers, landowners and commercial operators on a wide range of planning matters across the UK. He has particular experience in the industrial, logistics, retail and motorway service area sectors, supporting clients in bringing forward complex development proposals and asset management initiatives.

Aidan is involved in all stages of the planning process, from early site appraisals and planning strategy through to managing full planning applications, variations and condition discharges. He regularly coordinates multi-disciplinary consultant teams and leads engagement with local planning authorities, stakeholders and local communities to progress development proposals through the planning process.

He has experience preparing a wide range of planning documentation and supporting projects through committee and appeal processes. Aidan also monitors changes to planning policy and legislation to ensure clients receive clear, commercially focused advice to unlock development opportunities and deliver planning permissions.
