    Nicholas joined Montagu Evans in 2025 and is based in our London Office. He works in the Industrial & Logistics Agency team. He specialises in landlord lease disposal, occupier acquisition and development work, supporting a broad range of clients such as institutions, funds, property investors, PropCos and occupiers.

    Nicholas began his career at JLL in London, where he specialised in Industrial & Logistics after completing the graduate programme. He has experience in handling lease disposal work for a multitude of clients, undertaking acquisition work for occupiers, and giving development advice.
