Andrew leads the Scottish Planning Team and has a proven track record of working on complex, mixed use development sites. As a Chartered Town Planner and Chartered Surveyor, he has c. 30 years’ planning experience in the public and private sectors.

He advises clients in relation to planning strategies and has a successful track record of obtaining complex planning permissions, including the negotiation of Section 75 Agreements and planning conditions. He thrives on helping clients to turn their development vision into a meaningful planning permission.

Andrew works across a range of sectors, including Town Centres, Residential and Life Sciences. Specialising in mixed-use masterplanning, Andrew continues to work on a range of Major Development sites in Scotland, delivering planning decisions for landowners, developers and investment fund managers.
