Alan Fitzpatrick has over 17 years’ experience combining both public sector and private sector experience. Since joining Montagu Evans in 2006, Alan has successfully delivered an extensive range of office, residential, PBSA, commercial, industrial, mixed-use and renewable energy-related development projects.

Alan thrives on taking a proactive and lead role in the projects he is involved with, working well alongside project teams to achieve successful outcomes. Alan has experience in pre-application planning, including consultation with key stakeholders within the community and providing development advice to property developers.

He is currently involved in a number of instructions throughout Scotland across a variety of different sectors, including retail, build to rent, co-living, residential, and town centre regeneration and is involved heavily in the renewables sector. As of April 2025, Alan was promoted from Associate to Partner within the firm.
