Public Consultation for the Redevelopment of the Wyndford Estate
Wheatley Homes Glasgow, part of Wheatley Group, is progressing with plans for the “Erection of Residential Development, Community Hub with Associated Works and Public Realm Improvements” at 151-191 and 120 Wyndford Road, Glasgow.
A Proposal of Application Notice (PAN) was submitted to Glasgow City Council on 28 February 2025 in respect of the proposal. We are now keen to hear the views of the local community and will be updating this page with further information in due course.

PUBLIC CONSULTATION EVENT 1
We will be hosting two public consultation events. Details of the first event were as follows:
Where: Maryhill Burgh Halls, 24 Gairbraid Avenue, Glasgow, G20 8YE.
When: Tuesday 1st April 2025 from 14:00-19:00.
The proposal boards for the first consultation event were available to view at the venue and online HERE. Feedback form details are listed below.

If a planning application is subsequently submitted to Glasgow City Council, neighbour notifications and publicity will be undertaken at that time, and you will have the opportunity to make formal representations or letters of support to Glasgow City Council regarding the proposals.
No personal details will be given out in any consultation report prepared to accompany our application for planning permission for this site. Any feedback received will not be attributable to any specific individual.
