As part of a wider transformation agenda, Surrey County Council commissioned Montagu Evans to provide a range of property consultancy services covering 5 key strands including:
– a review of their existing joint venture;
– valuation of key operational assets;
– a review of the development potential of 50 surplus assets;
– a review of the operational efficiency of their entire portfolio; and
– a review of their commercial investment strategy.
In pressing circumstances we delivered this broad multi-disciplinary commission within 3 months.
