Awarded HS2 Framework Supplier in 2013. Responsible for the acquisition of land and rights with the Birmingham eastern approach area and central Birmingham to enable the delivery of Phase 1. Advice includes advising on Blight, Severance and Injurious Affection, Disturbance, Material Detriment, Valuation and Planning Assumptions.
Phase One of Highspeed Rail is from London to Birmingham, with links for Phase Two to Manchester and the Midlands.
